B3B Studios LLC ("B3B Studios", "we", "us", "our") operates the b3bstudios.com website and publishes mobile and desktop games under the B3B Studios name. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Our games do not collect, transmit, or share any personal information. They contain no analytics, advertising, crash-reporting, or telemetry SDKs and make no network calls to B3B Studios servers. All game progress, settings, and preferences are stored locally on your device and never leave it.

Our website host (Cloudflare Pages) records standard server-access information — including IP address, user-agent string, and request timestamps — solely to operate, secure, and debug the site. We do not run any analytics, advertising, retargeting, or fingerprinting scripts on the website, and we set no cookies.

We do not collect precise location data, contacts, photos, advertising identifiers, biometric data, government IDs, or any other sensitive personal information.

How We Use Your Information

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes, and we have not done so in the preceding 12 months. The only service providers we rely on to operate B3B Studios are Cloudflare (to host and secure b3bstudios.com) and Google Workspace (to receive and respond to email at our published addresses). Both are bound by their respective data-processing terms. We do not use analytics, advertising, retargeting, or marketing-email providers.

Data Storage & Security

Game progress is stored locally on your device and not transmitted to us. Email correspondence is retained only as long as necessary to respond and for our records. We use industry-standard security measures — including TLS encryption in transit and access controls — to protect the data we do hold.

Data Retention

Email correspondence is retained for up to 24 months after our last reply, then deleted unless we are required to keep it for legal reasons. Standard web-host server-access logs are retained by Cloudflare for up to 30 days per their service defaults. Game-stored data on your device is retained for as long as the game is installed and can be removed by uninstalling the game or clearing app data on your device.

Cookies

Our website does not set cookies and does not use third-party trackers, advertising pixels, or fingerprinting. No cookie banner is required because no consentable tracking technology is in use.

Children's Privacy

Our games are rated for general audiences and do not collect any personal information from any user, including children. We have no mechanism to receive, store, or transmit data from children under 13, and we do not direct our games at children under 13 for purposes of the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If you believe we have inadvertently received personal information from a child through any contact channel, please email privacy@b3bstudios.com and we will delete it.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, port, or request deletion of personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@b3bstudios.com and we will respond within 30 days.

California Residents (CCPA / CPRA)

We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law, and we have not done so in the preceding 12 months. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you. California residents have the right to know what personal information we hold, to request deletion or correction of that information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Other U.S. State Residents

Residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, and other U.S. states with comprehensive consumer-privacy laws have rights comparable to those described above (including rights to access, delete, correct, and opt out of targeted advertising or sale of personal data). EU / UK Residents (GDPR / UK GDPR)

B3B Studios LLC is the data controller for the limited personal information we receive. Our lawful bases for processing under Article 6 of the GDPR are (i) our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving our website and games, and (ii) your consent, where you choose to contact us. You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to, and port your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. International Transfers

B3B Studios is based in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., information you send us (e.g., the contents of email correspondence) will be transferred to and processed in the United States. Where required by applicable law, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards for transfers of personal data from the EU, UK, or other jurisdictions with cross-border transfer requirements.
